Beyonce finally put all of those fake baby bump rumors to rest when she gave birth to her first child Blue Ivy in January. After weeks of nursing, she made her first public appearance since the birth at her husband Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall concert Monday night. According to Necole Bitchie, Bey wore an Alice Temperly red dress, Alexander McQueen Clutch and Christian Louboutin embroidered pumps.
