PUM Catches up with  Fullbody's owner and WPXI Channel 11 News Anchor, Darieth Chisolm about the opening:

"I know it looks intimidating, but it's not,,,it's a lot of fun, you'll sweat, you'll be excited about what you just accomplished and when you keep doing it your body will thank you."

"There is nothing like this in Pittsburgh, it's your chance to truly enjoy a series of exercises that are unique, challenging, fun and worth coming back for."

"Treadmills and pumping iron are just fine, but if you really want to build lean muscles, tone and tighten, get more flexible and strong, then doing things like Fit to Fly, aerial yoga and the other interval and cross training fitness programs that we offer will do just that. Plus you'll transform your workout and awaken your spirit! And since when did that happen in your gym."

"They are all fullbody workouts....thus the name fullbody."

"Aerial Yoga, Fit to Fly, Silk dance, pole fitness...they are all designed to challenge your core muscles, build strength and stamina and promote flexibility and agility."
