The Urban Canvas Event Series Debut

The Urban Canvas is an event series that pairs popular entertainment with local artists and enables non-profit organizations to assist under-served communities.

This promo presented by Thomas Jamison (Founder & CEO at Xtraordinary League) is an event showcasing the work of visual artist D.S.Kinsel also featuring the sounds of DJ SMI Swig-Art. The evening was co-sponsored by the Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh and the Carnegie Mellon University Black Graduate Student Organization in an effort to raise awareness and funds.

Directed and Shot by Emmai Alaquiva of Ya Momz House, LLC, this is the short film of the inaugural event taking place on November 04, 2011 at the in the home of Raymar Hampshire(CEO at Sponsor Change).
